Ariana ("we", "us") operates the online store at ariana.pk. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email address and password (or your Google/Facebook identity if you sign in with a social account; we receive only your name and verified email, never your social password).
- Order data — delivery name, phone number, shipping address, city/region and the items you purchase.
- Communications — emails we send you (order confirmations, delivery updates) and, only if you opt in, marketing emails.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders and send order-related emails.
- To operate your account (login, order history, saved addresses).
- To send marketing emails only with your consent — every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal data.
- We never share it with third parties except couriers (to deliver your order) and as required by law.
Data retention & deletion
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Email us at support@ariana.pk from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data", and we will remove your account and personal data within 30 days, except order records we must retain for legal and accounting purposes.
If you signed in with Facebook or Google, removing the app from your social account also stops all future data sharing; email us as above to erase what was already collected.
